Title: Ground Pea Sauce

Roast 1-1 1/2 c. peanuts and beat into a ppaste. Was well and strain, saving the water which becomes the soup. Add onions, salt and pepper. Cook until about half-thick. Add previously-browned chicken to the soup (bouillon cube may also be added). Cook down into a thick asauce. Serve hot.
